At Sweet Dream Our goal is to provide the most durable and High Quality products which ensures you a comfortable & healthful night’s sleep. Our job at Sweet Dream does not end here, for your comfort and peaceful sleep the product is backed with long lasting warranty, comfort and support you deserve.

Warranty Calculation

Sweet Dream provides free replacement of mattress for one year from the date of your purchase through an authorized dealer. Henceforth the warranty will be calculated on pro rata basis.

For example product with 5 years warranty has found a defect at 3rd year of use, hence on the basis of pro rata 2 years are left for its limited warranty. Consider the price of mattress to be 15,000/- which has a warranty of 5 years and has been used for 3 years with now limited 2 year warranty. Calculation will be as under (15000×2)/5= Rs 6,000/- . So on replacement of old mattress a new mattress on current price of 15,000/- only 15,000-6,000 =Rs 9,000/- price of the product will be needed to pay by the customer.

*Pro-rata price will be calculated on the MRP prevailing at that date of the product and not on the price. Next higher year will be considered when calculating Pro rata.

Warranty Terms and Condition

Sweet Dream Mattresses are high quality products which have gone through a detailed quality testing protocols. In the improbable event of sagging in your mattress:

The company will rectify the defect or replace the mattress at its sole discretion subject to the following terms:

• The warranty card along with the invoice will be needed for purchase proof.
• The warranty is on pro-rata basis and limited to the sagging, disintegration or crumbling of the inner mattress core only under normal conditions of Domestic use (Doesn’t cover fabric/quilt damages such as stains, color fading, tears, soils , burns, popping of quilt)
• However the warranty is not valid for damages or defects caused due to mishandling, improper use, folding of mattress, negligence in use, natural wear and tear, excessive loading, inadequate adherence of Usage and care. Decision of the management regarding the nature of defects With respect to the warranty will be final and binding
• Warranty does not cover damage to the fabric and comfort layers. Any repair of the damages to the fabric and comfort layers is to be paid by customer.
• Claim settlement will be applicable as per shown provided all terms and condition of the warranty fulfilled.
• The products features specification and warranty terms etc., are subject to change without prior notice.
• Natural changes in softness and recovery time associated with latex and memory materials is not covered under warranty.
• Body impressions less than 1.5 inch is not considered sagging and will not be covered in warranty.
• Mattress damage due to an inappropriate bed frame and foundation used is not covered under warranty.
• Tolerance: length or Width: 12mm; Thickness; +15mm -5.
• While it will be our endeavor to replace the defective mattress (under warranty period), as soon as possible, but we are not liable to do so within any specified time.
• The To and Fro transportation cost incurred towards replacement is to be borne by the customer for any of the repair and replacement starting from first year.
• Decision of the company regarding the nature of defects and applicability of warranty will be final. Company will not be responsible for substantial damages.

How to Rotate Your Mattress: In order to properly condition your new mattress and to evenly distribute the comfort layers which helps minimize body impressions, Sweet Dream recommends the following appropriate rotation methods.

THE METHOD FOR THE MATTRESS

• Rotate mattress
• Align mattress and foundation
• Head to foot

Always keep your mattress clean and dust free and protect it with sweet dream protector.

Use bed frame as per the size of your mattress. Under/Over Sized mattress will lead to damage or sagging and will void the warranty.

When you receive your mattress let it breathe from its tight packing. Do not use Handles for carrying/moving your Sweet Dream mattress. They are “Handles” to your small position adjustment. Do not drop any-type of fluids on mattress.

MATTRESS PRODUCT CARE

WHAT TO EXPECTfrom your new purchase:

Adjustment period – After all those grueling years on that old mattress, you may need some time to get accustomed to the new mattress – just as you might expect with new shoes. This period of adjustment may take a week or much longer; or, it could be as brief as the time it takes you to fall asleep on the very first night of use. Firmness may vary from the showroom model until after this “adjustment period”.

In addition, the comfort layers of the mattress may take a brief time to conform to your weight and contours. To properly break-in the mattress, it is necessary to utilize the entire sleep surface. Body impressions – New comfort layers begin to conform instantly. One can anticipate body impressions to form as a result. Body impressions are typical and therefore do not mean that the mattress is defective. To prevent excessive body impressions, you must rotate your mattress sleep over the entire surface.

Mattress Care: Pivotal points to cover:

Support mattress correctly. When investing in a new mattress make sure the mattress size fits your bed size, if it does not then warranty won’t be applicable on that mattress. A “body impression” in the mattress may appear as a “sag”. The comfort layers are design to conform to the sleeper’s individual contours. An impression simply indicates that these layers are settling and conforming as they should.DO NOT fold, curl, or bend a mattress.

Frame mattress correctly. Use a strong and stable support system. To comply with the warranty, Treat mattress correctly. It is important to keep your bed clean and dry. Make sure to always use a mattress protector. To prevent wear, don’t excessively bend, do not jump or stand on mattress. Also, vacuuming the mattress annually helps with allergies and keeps the bed in good shape.
