To ensure the safety and long life of your Dreamy Head mattress, please follow these unboxing and setup instructions:

OPEN THE BOX:
While opening the box, take care of using a knife or scissors to avoid damage to your Mattress. Open the box and take out the tightly wrapped mattress.

UNWRAPPING:
Keeping the mattress wrapped, slide it onto the surface of your bed frame.

UNROLLING:

Unroll the mattress fully on bed frame and proceed carefully to cut the layer of plastic with a pair of scissors and be sure that it does not harm or cut the mattress.

EXPAND:
Lay your mattress flush on your bed base and allow it to fully decompress for 48 hours and your Dreamy Head Mattress is ready to use and enjoy the Luxury of sheer comfort.

Dreamy Head is into manufacturing foam and mattresses from 3 Decades. All the foam is being manufactured in-house and all the process of manufacturing a mattress is done in-house. Fabric, chains and other things are bought from vendors which are then assembled to make mattresses.

All mattresses comes with High quality standard foam. Company produces ISI grade foam and its ISO 9001:2015 certified company.

When an individual sleeps on a new mattress, the mattress takes time to conform to the shape of the body. Every Individual is different and hence the experience may vary from person to person. The feeling may change over time and the comfort may increase with regular use. Usually it takes about a month to adjust, but at the end it depends upon an individual that when they find it the most comfortable.

Different mattresses have different feel to it and depending upon how it is configured the firmness /softness is measured. Our mattresses are made with different quality of foam, also keeping in mind that choice of every person differ’s and hence we provide variety in mattresses so that they can choose better and sleep better 🙂 Every Individual need DREAMY HEAD and we are here to provide them.

Mostly all bed frame will support a Dreamy Head mattress, but a flat surface is necessary for the placement of the mattress. Uneven surface and wrong size of mattress on the bed will create discomfort to the individual and damage to the mattress.

We at present are only taking pre paid orders from the website. There could be a possibility that the pin code is not accessible by delivery partner and an extra charge could incur while delivering which will be informed to you while placing your order.

How to Rotate Your Mattress: In order to properly condition your new mattress and to evenly distribute the comfort layers which helps minimize body impressions, Dreamy Head recommends the following appropriate rotation methods.

THE METHOD FOR THE MATTRESS
Always keep your mattress clean and dust free and protect it with a sweet dream protector.
Use bed frame as per the size of your mattress. Under/Over Sized mattress will lead to damage or sagging and will void the warranty.
When you receive your mattress let it breathe from its tight packing. Do not use Handles for carrying/moving your Dreamy Head mattress. They are “Handles” to your small position adjustment. Do not drop any-type of fluids on the mattress

WHAT TO EXPECT from your new purchase:

Adjustment period – After all those grueling years on that old mattress, you may need some time to get accustomed to the new mattress – just as you might expect with new shoes. This period of adjustment may take a week or much longer; or, it could be as brief as the time it takes you to fall asleep on the very first night of use. Firmness may vary from the showroom model until after this “adjustment period”.

In addition, the comfort layers of the mattress may take a brief time to conform to your weight and contours. To properly break-in the mattress, it is necessary to utilize the entire sleep surface. Body impressions – New comfort layers begin to conform instantly. One can anticipate body impressions to form as a result. Body impressions are typical and therefore do not mean that the mattress is defective. To prevent excessive body impressions, you must rotate your mattress sleep over the entire surface.

Mattress Care: Pivotal points to cover:

Support the mattress correctly. When investing in a new mattress make sure the mattress size fits your bed size, if it does not then warranty won’t be applicable on that mattress. A “body impression” in the mattress may appear as a “sag”. The comfort layers are designed to conform to the sleeper’s individual contours. An impression simply indicates that these layers are settling and conforming as they should.DO NOT fold, curl, or bend a mattress.

Frame mattress correctly. Use a strong and stable support system. To comply with the warranty, Treat mattress correctly. It is important to keep your bed clean and dry. Make sure to always use a mattress protector. To prevent wear, don’t excessively bend, do not jump or stand on the mattress. Also, vacuuming the mattress annually helps with allergies and keeps the bed in good shape.

Pillows are used by individuals on a day to day basis and besides using it for sleeping it is used for other things as well. Overtime sweat,dust and other particles get accumulated on it. Hence it is good to use pillow covers as well. Pillows which come with washable fabric needs to be cleaned. Washing instructions to be followed when cleaning pillow covers. Plz note pillow’s are not washable only their covers if given needs to be washed. We recommend once in a week pillow cover’s should be washed.

Our Dreamy Head mattresses are vaccum pressed , sealed with outer cover in a small box. This makes the transportation and handling easy for the mattress.

Delivery time vary as per the pincode it needs to be delivered. It takes approximately 14 working days.If any issue you can always contact us !!

Our mattress are not waterproof. They are covered with a fabric which are neither waterproof and fireproof. We recommend you to keep the mattress away from water or any other liquid spills. A mattress protector can be used to protect your mattress from any spills and dirt.
