In any case of unavailability of one or more Dreamy Head products , the customer will be notified by email or phone after order is placed. The amount paid for the unavailable order will be refunded.

Dreamy Head will not be liable or take responsible for any failure to perform ,delay in performance or any other obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event )

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event , non-happening, omission accident or Act of God beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended in such period and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Tirupati Foam Ltd reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer.

Payments for Dreamy Head are acceptable on the website . We accept all major credit and debit cards. 

Standard delivery is free of our dreamy head mattress brought from this website. Almost all the products are delivered free. Delivery will take place at the address entered at the order process.

Once the order is shipped there is no way of changing back the address.Delivery will happen at the front door of the property. Customers will have to bear the delivery charge in case the delivery is made to the wrong location due to the wrong address entered during order placement.

Goods will be delivered by Tirupati Foam ltd or by a third party logistics. For logistical reasons we Tirupati Foam ltd reserves all right to split order and its shipments.

Offer and coupons will be displayed on the website on time to time basis if any. We can withdraw the offers and coupons without any notification.

For warranty please refer to our warranty policy. Pro rata settlement will be done for the warranty products.Replacement due to incorrect size will incur additional charges and will be informed to the customer before replacement and its charges will be borne by the customer. It is recommended to cross check before buying.

Dreamy Head reserves the right to refuse any return request if it doesn’t fulfill the return criteria as informed in warranty policy.

All sales and Interactions with Tirupati Foam Ltd. shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the law of India. Any dispute arising from or related to such and sales and interaction shall be subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
